We do refunds, not returns, under the following policy.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of being placed. After that window, all orders are processed and shipped as scheduled. To cancel an order, kindly reach out to us via email, chat bot, or our contact form with your order number so we can process your cancellation and refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered 2 weeks after delivery and only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- There is a valid issue with the purchase (subject to review)
No Need For Returns
- We do not accept returns. If eligible, we'll always provide you with a hassle-free refund only—no exchanges or product send-backs.
- To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email with your order number and supporting documentation.
- VERVE reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
